Developing adult motivation for continuous training

Traditional education focused primarily on the moment of teaching, transmitting information, knowledge, and only then aspects related to ethical, motivational, moral nature. Contemporary society in a continuous remodeling change, no longer coincides, accepts such system. learning does not keep pace with contemporary society. The aim this study is investigate motivation adulthood. In motivational structure investigated adults, extrinsic reasons predominated, indirectly activity, as: need advance professionally, up times, obtain social status as high possible, meet current requirements, earn respect others, for diploma, change job. Among intrinsic invoked by participants, directly we mention: desire knowledge personal development, curiosity, teach others. conclusion, want offer better perspective well-understanding factors implicated adult learning, ensuring ease triangulation sources information collection, thus improving credibility findings.
